This is a far from completed housing guide. I say far from completed
because we simply don't know all the answers yet. So here is
what I do know, thus far from buying a plot, to collecting the
resources/crafters/housing types, naming, permissions, upkeep, and a
few tips. I hope this helps a few players shopping for that first home
in Telon.



Houses

There are three continents in Telon and, therefore, three styles of
houses: Kojani, Thestran and Qalian. You cannot place a Qalian home on
Thestra, for example.



Plot Costs

These range from 2.5 gold to up to 50 platinum ( for a guild house).



Housing Components

You need a minerologist to make bricks, an artificer to make walls, a
blacksmith to make iron fastenings and an outfitter to make windows.
Mortar can be purchased from a housing vendor. Some walls, bricks,
fasteners and windows have been seen on Thestran vendors.



What components do I
need?

That depends on the style house you build, and the size. The housing
plan will list the components you need.



Upkeep

The amount of upkeep depends on the value of the plot and the size of
your finished home. But even an empty plot has an upkeep cost. This
amount is due weekly.



Furniture

Can Qalian furniture be
placed in Kojani homes?

Yes!



Who makes furniture?

Carpenters

Can you de-construct
your house?

Yes, but you lose everything except money you have put in escrow.



What is the limit on the
number of items you can use to decorate a house?

This depends on the house size and is listed under your house options.



How do you store gear
and items in your house?

Chest are allowed for storage. A medium chest holds 25 items.



Why doesn't adding a
guild work although there is a button?

Unknown at this time.



Why can I buy logs (that
work and make a nice crackly fire) but no fireplace?

Carpenters will have recipes for this.



Why can't I decorate the
outside of my house? Will I ever be able to?

Doubtful at this time.

a plot you like. You'll need between 2.5 gold and 30 platinum to pay
for the land alone. And don't buy until you are sure you have selected

can hold a different number of items and has a different storage
capacity. Size matters! With the plot

fails to mention that each crafted item must be of

Grade A quality to get full value. That is, it takes 2B mortars to

your house to bring up its menus. Here you can find all sorts of useful
