Type: Heavy Armor
Acquired: To forge and wear this armor set you
need to (nearly) complete the whole Infineum questline. More
specificly, you need to complete the quest called "Rewrought Infineum
Armor" do get the flag with the same name. Then you need to collect
scavenged infineum plate armor parts and rare or heroic gems to
actually forge the armor. The scavenged armor and gems are dropped by
mobs inside the Infineum sanctuary (level 26-32 monsters 3-4dots).
It is really recommended to make use of a blacksmith while
forging the armor pieces, because an armorsmith only needs to buy a
recipebook (60silver) from a vendor at Shidreth Mining Company outpost,
to be able to make "Rewrought" out of the "Scavenged" piece. (The
writer was able able to craft rewrought armor as level 29 blacksmith
with no difficulties and at least a level 20 smith shouldn't have any
problems either). If however, you cant find a blacksmith to help you,
you can always buy an ale at the vendor and bribe a drunken dwarf to do
the "rewrought" upgrading for you (note you need to do that for each
armor piece and the cost is 60 silver each time)
When you have the rewrought armor and the correct gem for
forging, speak to the quest giver NPC at Shidreth Mining
Company and he will do the upgrade free of charge. Note: chest,
helmet, legs need heroic (orange) gem and the other armor pieces need
rare (yellow).
