 As of July 25, 2007, the Pantheon of the Ancients quest
series is
bugged.   Sometimes the mobs won't spawn, or the quest won't
update, or other various bugs.  Some quests may be
completable,
but proceed at your own risk.

Getting to the Final Fight

Congratulations on
completing the quest series and obtaining your cloak of the Pantheon.
 If you're going to do the final fight, you're going to need
that cloak.

To get to the
fighting area, you'll need to head to the back of the pantheon.
 So you can either head to the back of Tyrashnira's Lair, or
the Corridor of the Pure.  You'll find a hall at the back of
both areas.  Go through those halls, then through the vaults
they bring you to, and you'll get to an arena-looking room.
 It will have a big red ball glowing in the middle of it, and
Ini-herat will be walking around here.

Be careful on the way there though.  The place is littered
with a lot of mobs that would like nothing more than to end your stay
in the Pantheon.  You should, however, be able to invis
through the vaults to get to the arena.  The halls before the
vaults have mobs that will see your invis though.

Once in the arena area, head to the center of the room with the red
ball and talk to Ini-Herat.  Don't do this though until you're
ready to fight, so buff up.



Ini-herat will tell you the whole place is pretty old and has been
visited by many entities from many worlds.  He'll tell you
that you'll be able to speak with "He Who Brings Order to Chaos" if you
prove yourself.  What you've been doing up until now I have no
idea, but apparently he doesn't feel it's enough.  



As it turns out, your gateway to speaking with Alurad are the two
sisters you've heard tale about throughout the Pantheon.  They
are the Avatars of Death and you're going to have to fight them.

The Sisters

a group; these are six dot level 33s.  Put your cloak on.
 Make a hotkey to trigger your cloak.  You'll need it.



After speaking with Ini-herat, the two sisters will spawn; Mara at the
north, Caia at the south.

Mara will begin attacking first.  Caia will leave you alone -
for now.  She does hit hard, so have a sturdy tank
and a quick healer.   Take her down to 80 percent.



At that point, Mara will "freeze."  She'll look like she's
mezzed, and Caia will come alive and come to fight.  Proceed
the same way with Caia until she's down to 80 percent.



Caia will then freeze, and Mara will come alive again.  This
time she'll spawn some adds on top of you.  Don't worry about
them as they do no real damage and will despawn as soon as you get Mara
to 60 percent.



Mara will then freeze, and Caia will come alive.  Proceed to
attack Caia, but be warned; at some point close to 60 percent health,
you'll get big red letters across your screen saying that the Sigil of
Doom is being cast.  At that point, you'll want to click your
cloak right away to remove the Sigil.  Otherwise you'll die
after the Sigil count-down, no matter how many hit points you have.



After that bout; things become pretty standard.  No more
surprises.  Mara and Caia will keep swapping who's active
until 20 percent, when they'll both become alive and you'll have to
keep them both busy while you kill them.



Once you've killed them; it's all over!  You have defeated the
Pantheon of the Ancients!  Now it's time to get your reward
