directly connected to it. This does not include instances that are part
of the epic books or other quest chains.

DUNHOTH
alt="Ost Dunhoth"
src="http://www.tentonhammer.com/image/view/100753">
Massive
and terrifying, yes.. but also delightfully colorful.
Level Range: 65
Size: Raid (12)
Description: From behind the walls of Ost Dunhoth, a
terrible foe sends his malice out into Middle-earth. Gortheron,
greatest of the Gaunt-lords, must be defeated before his plans can come
to fruition...
Tips
& Tricks
A massive dungeon-like complex jam-packed with horrible beasties and
split into 5 convenient wings, allowing the large amount of content to
be digested in smaller chunks. Tips, tricks and strategies for the
preliminary wings can be found here:

DUNGEONS
These are smaller spaces entered via doorways in the main world,
usually tied to quests but available for exploration at any time.
Enedwaith has 2 dungeons: the Black Dens in Fordirith and Lhaid Ogo in
the Lich Bluffs.
alt="The Black Dens"
src="http://www.tentonhammer.com/image/view/100754">
Location: 60.8S, 13.1W
Mobs: Shadow-wolves, Bigger Shadow-wolves
Description: This cave is tied to the repeatable quest,
"Black Flames." The goal is to extinguish the purple torches mounted on
the cave walls, but it's also a decent place for the Wolf and
Shadow-wolf Slayer deed - provided you can avoid the bigger elite
shadow-wolves patrolling the corridors. You can tell when one is coming
near by watching for a "flash" and the fear debuff icon. If you are by
yourself, best to just run away. If you're in a group, that's still not
a bad idea. If one of the big wolves aggroes on you, you can run it off
without leaving the cave, but beware of the smaller, invisible that
liek to pounce.
alt="Lhaid Ogo"
src="http://www.tentonhammer.com/image/view/100755">
Location: 73.0S, 15.2W
Mobs: Kergrim, Wights, Barrow-lights
Description: Can the words of Ergothorn be trusted? If
so, a messenger from Dunland must be somewhere in the depths of Lhaid
Ogo, hurt and afraid...
This dungeon is tied to Volume III Book 3 and remains open after
completion of the book. Characters stepping inside solo will receive
the Inspiration buff, and the book quest to find the Dunlending
messengetr auto-bestows upon entering, even after completing that
chapter. Finding and talking to the lost messenger teleports the player
back to Lhanuch.
