vendors for each faction now offer a variety of new goods for those who
have earned favor with them. This week our Council of the North section
has been updated to include all the new items and what you need to get
them.

The Council of the North resides deep within Angmar.
The journey is a
perilous one that could bring great riches to those who dare to brave
the lands. The council is in need of aid and if you can earn their
friendship by helping them they will provide you with the rare
opportunity to acquire some great items of power.
