MORIA - LOWER DEEPS

style="width: 640px; height: 341px;" checked="true">

In their fevered quest to find more mithril, the Dwarves of
Khazad-dum dug deep - in some cases, much deeper than they should
have. They burrowed clear down to the roots of the Misty
Mountains, finding rivers of magma, chambers flooded with water
filtered down through the tunnels and caves, and passages where
nameless, ancient evils had lain dormant and undiscovered since
time out of mind. These areas form the Lower Deeps, the deepest
chambers in Moria.

These areas are best suited for characters in the mid- to
late-50s level range. Most of the Moria instances and all three of
the raids take place in the Lower Deeps, so many players will be
running this stuff well into their 60s. The Moria instance and
raid gear is outstanding, easily enough to gear characters up for
current endgame content (and, in some cases, better than some of
the endgame gear). Be prepared to keep coming back here even after
passing into Lothlorien, Mirkwood and beyond.
