The Monk

The traditional monk of MMOs has a lot of the time relied on martial arts. They wore light armor such as leather, and cloth as to not hinder their agility and ease of movement. One of their key skills that became trademark of monks was Feign Death. This skill allowed the monk to play dead and trick monsters into leaving them alone under that false assumption.

The monks of Vanguard: Saga of Heroes will be a bit different from what we are use to seeing. They will rely on Psionic power. What form Feign Death will take if it is even in the game has yet to be revealed. There have been hints that this ability will take a form that will be new to everyone.

How the new monk's will turn out is still quite a mystery - one that we will all be watching closely.
