After retrieving the water you will need to head back to the Thirsty Dog Inn and use it on Tina. Exit the island the way you came in or use the Path of Asura to exit the island. Tina can be found in her room on the second floor of the Thirsty Dog Inn. With the water in hand you should now be able to lift the curse Mitrelle has placed upon her. Once you have used the water on Tina head back downstairs and speak with Sigurd.
