In the frigid area of Coldarra in World of Warcraft's Northend there rests The Nexus and Malygos' Blue Dragonflight. The blue dragons have declared war on all spell casters led by the mad blue dragon aspect Malygos. The next quest is Keep the Secret Safe and Hatching a Plan. This one is pretty easy. Kill five Coldarra Wyrmkin and then go around the base of the Nexus (if you really need a loc then use 29,26 where there were a lot of eggs for me) and bust open five of them. Return to the shield and pick up Drake Hunt.
