This weekend in the LCS will belong to Fnatic, Unicorns of Love, Cloud9, and Team SoloMid, as they each battle for the title of best team in their respective regions. It's going to be a high level of competition that any fan should want to pay attention to. However, once that's done, the action won't stop. The following week, four teams (two LCS teams that were relegated, and two Challenger squads) will battle it out to claim the two LCS spots that are up for grabs. After ROCCAT's new coach YamatoCannon confirmed on stream which challenger his team will be facing, we now know all four matchups. They are:

EU LCS

(8) ROCCAT vs Copenhagen Wolves Academy

(9) GIANTS! Gaming vs Reason Gaming

NA LCS

(8) Winterfox vs Team Dragon Knights

(9) Team Dignitas vs Fusion Gaming

One of the most exciting parts about this is that there are former LCS pros littered all over the Challenger teams, creating an intriguing blend of veteran presence and new talent. Keep an eye out next week for our eSports Weekly Watch, when we'll go more in depth on exactly what you should be on the lookout for as these teams collide.
