APB: Reloaded launched its US East servers and received its 1.5.1 update earlier this week, delivering the first part of the game's Matchmaking update to more evenly match players according to skill. The update also includes modifications to weapons, vehicles and several fixes in preparation for open beta. Unfortunately, after the deployment of the patch a new disconnection issue turned up and has forced the devs to put the launch of open beta on hold until further notice. The issue seems to be disconnecting some groups of players after 1-2 hours of gameplay. A new patch will deploy today and the team will keep monitoring beta information to track down the cause of the problem.
