Realtime Worlds has certainly had its share of hardships in recent months but development of its MMOG, All Points Bulletin (APB), is still moving forward and the game's latest update is scheduled to deploy tomorrow. The update will bring new weapon balance changes to the game and implement the new PureSkill ruleset, which will nullify upgrades and allow players to compete on an even playing field. Patch notes for the update are available on the APB forums.
