Over on the official Steam page, Stunlock Studios have revealed brief details of additional features that are coming with Battlerite: unranked matchmaking and multi-queuing. At the moment there's only one matchmaking queue and it's ranked while players are also unable to queue for 2's or 3's at the same time. This looks set to change. Hurrah!

Unranked Matchmaking & Multi-Queuing

Some of you have expressed your concern regarding ranked being the only queue option in Battlerite, which discouraged you from wanting to play with others new to the game or try out new champions you are unfamiliar with.

In response to your feedback we have added an unranked queuing option which will go live in the upcoming patch. We have also added the ability to queue for both 2v2 and 3v3 matchups simultaneously. This will allow you to play Battlerite casually without the worry of rank placement.

Simply choose from ranked or unranked in the Play menu, then select whether you want to queue for either 2v2, 3v3 or both before selecting Ready.

Enjoy!
