PlanetSide 2 isn’t the only free-to-play shooter making its way out the launch gate today. District 187: Sin Streets is scheduled to go live following today’s maintenance window at roughly 11:59pm PT with a host of improvements and new content that includes four new maps, two new game modes and a revamped login system.

"This update is a testament to our global team’s dedication to making District 187: Sin Streets the most robust, original and fun shooter on the market," said Jon-Enée Merriex, Producer, CJ Games Global. "Whether players have just started playing PC games or are old farts like me, there is something for everyone to love in this game!”

District 187's road to launch hasn’t been all sparkle grenades and rainbow bazookas/. A thorough beta testing has helped iron out many of the game's issues, one of the biggest being performance.
