Fallen Earth's Account Transition to GamersFirst Begins Today

Fallen Earth is set to begin its integration to GamersFirst and a new blog addresses many questions about the process.

Fallen Earth players will be able to begin their account mergers with GamersFirst following today's downtime, but there are a lot of questions that need to be answered about the process and what exactly it entails. A new Fallen Earth dev blog addresses many of these questions ranging from the process and need for the merger to account billing options and transition.

The blog also briefly touches on additional combat changes that are in the works to help speed up combat without making it too fast or requiring huge amounts of downtime. This will involve eliminating the recent extra health given to players last patch and re-evaluating Precision and increasing critical hit damage and even a few tweaks to power.

There has been a lot of debate over the usefulness of power. One of the cool things about the new system is that thre are no mandatory skills, and some skills have more noticable benefits for different types of weapons. You will notice a bigger difference using power with slow large damage weapons. Sniper rifles and two handed melee weapons are greatly benefited by power, where someone using a faster wepon may see a more noticable benefit to maxing precision.
