FFXIV Half Price on PSN through Feb 2nd

If you’ve been debating whether you should finally give Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn a test drive on PS4, you can now pick up a digital copy of the game for half price. The sale price runs through February 2 and includes both the standard and collector’s digital versions of the game.

This brings the price down to only $10 for the standard edition, while the collector’s edition can be picked up for the low, low price of $20. Please note that this sale is for the base game only – the standard and collector’s editions of the Heavensward expansion are not a part of the current sale.

FFXIV is certainly a worthy purchase, and is a shining example of how MMOs can be just as vital on consoles as they are on the predominantly native PC.

To take advantage of the current sale price, scamper on over to the official PlayStation store or you can also purchase the game directly through your PS4. Just don’t stare into the blue light on your controller for too long – rumor has it that’s where Freddy Krueger stashes his backup sweaters, and you probably don’t want to get that guy too upset.
