You have to give Square Enix credit. The latest mount addition to Final Fantasy XIV (FFXIV) is one of the more unique (yet disturbing) things that players have been able to jump onto the back of and ride off into the proverbial sunset.

Update 1.20b has arrived and added the new goobbue mount to the game. Just be advised that this mount can only be obtained by players level 30 or higher and only prior to the release of the FFXIV’s 2.0 update. The update also adds some new stock to the Grand Company quartermaster and squashes a few bugs.
