This fall, North American college students will be able to participate in TeSPA's Collegiate Hearthstone Championship. Over $100,000 in scholarships are going to be awarded, making this tournament a huge deal.

It will be a team format, but with a twist. Teams of 3 students (from the same college) will be piloting a single deck; matches will be best-of-5, with one match played by each team for seven weeks. After that, the top team from each of four different regions will be competing in a live finals event. The "regular season" will be broadcast on Twitch; the information for that live-stream will be released at a later date.
