Age of Conan (AoC) underwent a server merger earlier this month, one that didn’t exactly go as smooth as planned. Some in-game mails were lost even though attached items were not, but all the same Bylos has confirmed that subscribing players at the time will be receiving one free day of game time. Free server transfers will be enabled once all the kinks have been worked out.

The long awaited tradeskill revamp is getting closer to release. Bylos confirmed that the single most important part of the revamp was recently completed and that there are currently around 11,520 unique items that can be created using the new system, but there’s still quite a bit to do such as the UI revamp, populating new recipes, and gem variations, so a release date for the new system is still uncertain.

With October nearly here, players can expect to once again see the AoC Halloween event. But this year in addition to the return of the Night of the Lost Souls event, a new quest chain will be added that will be set in an instanced version of Conarch Village, prompting players to investigate a group of suspicious strangers.

Lastly, three new Unchained dungeons are currently on Testlive with Halls of Eternal Frost, The Scorpion Caves and The Caravan Raiders Hideout. If testing goes well, the new dungeons should be hitting live servers later this month. You can help speed things along by heading over to AoC’s Testlive server and help with testing out the new content.
