Today is launch day for the first title for 38 Studios with the Big Huge Games developed Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. The new action RPG is based on the world created by best-selling fantasy fiction author R.A. Salvatore and serves as a prelude to the MMORPG in development by 38 Studios currently codenamed project Copernicus.
In Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, players die on the battlefield and are resurrected by the Well of Souls, a creation that will change the world of Amalur.
