The League of Legends Mid Season Invitational was an exceptional event, for a variety of reasons. If you weren't watching all the way through, you may have missed this after the first game of the finals between SK Telecom T1 and Edward Gaming. While the details of the champion are still unknown, we were treated to a teaser trailer for the newest champion to join the League: Ekko, the Boy Who Shattered Time.

There's several ways this kind of time warping mechanic could be used in game, all of which are likely to cause endless frustration for the enemy team.
