It’s that time again. Creative Director Joel Bylos has dispatched his June missive for Age of Conan: Unchained to lay out the road ahead. As part of the upcoming server merges, older characters that have been inactive for a long time will be archived. This doesn’t delete the characters, but it will take a bit longer to load them up for the first time if they’ve been archived. Bylos also listed the US and EU servers that will be merging together before the end of summer if all goes as planned.

  • Set and Mitra will be merged into Crom
  • Tyranny will be merged into Fury
  • Deathwish will be merged into Rage

Technical stuff aside, Bylos also touched on the next portion of content from the Dragon’s Spine update series with the Coils of Ubah Khan currently on testlive and three newly revamped dungeons that should be rolled out to the server soon. Once that content is good to go, the devs will be finishing up The Slithering Chaos, PvP, and a new minigame.
