In the offseason, Team ROCCAT's acquisition of AD Carry Pawel "Woolite" Pruski appeared to be a huge gain. Woolite had excelled in his time on the Copenhagen Wolves, even earning honors as the top rookie in the league. Along with new mid laner Nukeduck, the young players were supposed to carry ROCCAT to new heights. However, it didn't quite work out that way, as the team finished in 8th place in the 2015 Spring Split. Off to another poor start, the organization began the changes by replacing top laner Overpow with newcomer Etienne "Steve" Michels, and have made another swap by bringing in the former ADC of Supa Hot Crew/MYM, Rasmus "MrRalleZ" Skinneholm.

While there's no question Woolite is a talented player, he never seemed to find his footing on ROCCAT. There were times where he appeared to be excellent, only to be countered by the times where his positioning was less than ideal, causing fans to joke that he was the first-ever "tank ADC" or "melee ADC." Meanwhile, MrRalleZ has looked quite impressive while playing in the European Challenger scene on Denial.EU, often referred to as "Wickd's team."

Whether or not this will truly be an upgrade remains to be seen, but we won't have to wait long to find out. MrRalleZ will be in ROCCAT's starting lineup this week, playing his first game against Elements. Until then, here are thoughts on the change from coach Jakob "YamatoCannon" Mebdi:

"Woolite is a very talented ADC and has been a great member of the team. However, if we look at the standings and our results in the current split, we are not where we want to be. We need a steady performance to win especially in these close games. This is where we think we can improve with MrRalleZ. We felt that we needed to make a change now while we have enough time left to make it to the top – and that’s clearly our goal."
