I've not played The Division 2 in a while. It's hard to put my finger on why, but it's generally because I loved the build I had, and pursuing other builds was exhausting, filled with ridiculous RNG and fundamentally pretty pointless (my build melted everything, really). That took a lot of the fun out of the game, despite my love of it, but it looks like the game is still plodding along nicely. In the Title Update 6, Phase 2 update. There's a huge amount of changes, but the main points are:

1. Rebalance between PvE and PvP.

2. Significant tweaks to weapon balance, and specifically, Exotic weapons. 

3. Greater Stash capacity. 

In the previous Phase (1), there's also significant changes to Recalibration, stat swapping and loot targetting. It's looking awesome, with Widdz providing brilliant coverage (see below).
