Final Fantasy XI drew players in with their expansion, Chains of Promathia. However, the content was a bit restrictive, so to help make it more available, Square Enix is removing the chains by lifting the level restrictions for Chains of Promathia content areas in their next update. Lifting the restrictions will make areas more accessible to players. Certain enemies in these areas will also be adjusted to pose a challenge against the new flood of players.
