CCP Guard, never afraid to go all out for a laugh, has returned this week with a new video to preview some of the balance changes the devs are working on for EVEs ships along with four new destroyers. Aside from the game updates, CCP Guard (or Prisoner 1337), safely behind bars after his actions in the last video, sends this one down a rather odd path by the end. I'll quote a scene from the movie Evolution and leave it at that, "There's always time for lubricant."
