Ten Ton Hammer Video of the Day

On the first day of Christmas, Blizzard gave to me...

As we approach the holidays it seems fitting to start adding a few festive videos to our daily video content. So today we tracked down an updated version of Blizzard’s 12 Days of StarCraft song from over a decade ago. If you're not familiar with that, it's a rendition of the 12 Days of Christmas as told by Blizzard and using the some of the voices from the original StarCraft. The 12 day countdown began on Saturday for those counting, and since we don’t usually post this feature on the weekend, it seemed like a fitting place to start the week.

YouTuber Love4Starcraft put together updated version back in 2010, but it seemed like a fitting video to kick off the week. So if you've heard it before, you can enjoy the same old 12 Days of StarCraft song complete with updated images and footage from StarCraft II. For those that haven't heard it yet, enjoy!

You can see more videos from Love4Starcraft on his YouTube channel. In the meantime, if you would like to try the game for yourself, you can pick up StarCraft II and the Heart of the Swarm expansion for $19.99 each on the Battle.net store through January 1st, 2014. You can even try it before you buy it.
