At Level 1, Rime is very strong against auto attackers and the likely choice. Frost Presence can also be very strong when you do not need the extra physical armor. At level 20, Anti-Magic Shell can negate enemy spell damage if they have heavy burst. Death's advance can allow you to reach targets if you had struggled to reach enemies. Legion of Northrend gives more survivability if mobility and spell damage are not an issue.
