Uncle Lester may live in a van down by the river, but that doesnt mean he isnt a gamer at heart. Always on the lookout for an unsecured Wi-Fi connection to use before being runoff, his quest for gamer glory continues!
Hello and welcome to the ninth edition of Gaming with Uncle Lester! Im your host of todays show, Uncle Lester. All Im going to say is that it wasnt my fault. Hes a Roman Catholic, he asked for me to go get some candles and light them in the front room, so thats what I did. I went and got Roman Candles and set them off in the front room. Its amazing how many bottles of wine Preacher McGee has gone through since.
Speaking of booze, today is the 4th of July and if theres one thing I love to do, its to get a little loopy on any holiday. My way of celebrating our independence this year is scoring some booze, begging for a burger or brat somewhere, and acting the part of a buffoon. I think I do it well.
Now what would be really cool is if I could score some rock and roll booze! Years ago I had some KISS wine and it was well ok, it wasnt great, but it was KISS WINE!!! How freaking cool is than, man? There are some band-named beers Ive heard of but have yet to find any of them.
Iron Maiden bought an old brewery and changed the name of their booze to Trooper. They even have a kick ass image of their mascot, Eddie on the label. It looks so cool. Bet if the redcoats had this back in the day, wed still be drinking warm beer and saying things like, Top o the morning to ya! or you know something of the sort.
The only trouble with Trooper beer is that no company will import it into the States. At least not yet. What the hell kind of bullshit is that, huh? The good news is that supposedly, you *can* find AC/DC beer here, so Ill tell you what. If you see my van sitting outside a church and friar with a bottle of Jesus Juice chasing me around the grounds, come save me. And then give me some of that rock and roll booze!
Thats it for todays show but tune in tomorrow for more from your rocking rabble-rouser of the gaming world, Uncle Lester! Be sure to follow me on Twitter at @UncleLesterWIFI too or send me an email with your gamer topic at [email protected]!
