Hope for the Best, Prepare for the Worst...



Oh, we get letters! I got some mail signed by  someone calling
himself Ax2Grind. He's got a list of 4 reasons why he thinks Vanguard
will be a bland, mediocre disappointment of a game. See what he has to
say, and what I have to say in response, in this week's Treehouse. Come
for the blog...stay for the newsletter. We've got all the Vanguard news
that's fit to print (which is, you know, everything).

Ax makes well-reasoned points as well as factual
observations. When you look at what he has to say, the evidence seems
pretty compelling–DOOM! Vanguard is in trouble! Vanguard will
be a miserable failure and everyone who’s anticipated it for
so long will don the black vestments of the mourner as they wait for
some other game to appear on the horizon that looks half so interesting
as Vanguard once did to them.



But I can assure you it’s not all doom and gloom as some
naysayers would have Vanguard fans think.
