The Lord of the Rings Online has been testing its free-to-play beta version for a couple of months now but that pesky NDA has been keeping people from talking about all the changes relating to the new content of Volume 3: Book 2 and the new LotRO Store, which will all be going live sometime this fall. However, Turbine officially lifted that NDA restriction today and players can now talk about their experience in the beta for LotRO's free-to-play switch.
