In this latest LotRO video dev diary, Jeffrey Steefel shows off the
levels of quests in the game, from the simple to the epic.  He
also describes how quests and deeds open up different traits that
customize our characters in Middle Earth.  If you're like me,
you have to watch it more than once, the sheer beauty of the game was
distracting at first, and then I noticed that he was giving us good
