The village of Oatbarton shares a border with both Evendim and the
Shire. With recent incursions by goblins and wolves, the local farmers
are in need of assistance. Today's guide will walk you through all
available quests for this area that is primed for adventurers in their
mid 20s.

Oatbarton rest on the outlying borders of the Shire
and Evendim. Being
part of Evendim, this area is ideal for seasoned adventures around the
mid twenties. With goblins and spiders to the east, and wolves to the
north, this area offers plenty of work for the willing adventurer.
