MMO game launches are inevitably marred with a few bumps and loose screws, but for the most part the pre-order launch of Tabula Rasa has been uneventful for most. NCsoft announced today there are just a few minor issues some people are experiencing.

If you want to delete all of your characters and choose another last name do NOT log off first. Delete all characters and then make the new one with the new last name. Logging off between this step will cause your old last name to stick and you will have to repeat the process.
