Samera has given us a heads up about a scheduled service downtime. But
don't worry, with the right timing, you can still play:

The Billing System and Authentication Server will be down
for maintenance on Monday, December 11th, from 10:30 am - 2:30 pm EST.
During this time you will not be able to log in to the game, create a
new account, or edit your account data. Please note: the game servers
will still be online so if you'd like to play DDO during the
maintenance window be sure to login to the game before 10:30 am EST.
