With every new update comes a Known Issues thread and this release is
no different:

There is a known issue with the new content released today
that is
causing some of the new quest NPC's be missing their dialog, their
name, their map note, or some combination thereof. This seems to only
be happening to the new quest NPCs - the rest of the NPCs/world remains
unaffected.



The team is investigating this issue and we are hoping it is resolved
quickly. You do not need to log out at this time, and the worlds are
currently online. Thank you for your patience - we will update you as
soon as we have more information.

Please be sure to help out the dev team if you come across any bugs
