# Fixed a bug that caused machines with Turkish regional settings to not allow the Launcher to be patched.

# Now the BITS test will time out if it takes longer than 30 seconds to complete the initial BITS test. This will prevent a rare bug that could cause the Launcher to hang at startup.

# Fixed a bug that caused the Launcher to show an error dialog on shutdown.
