Spies, select your weapons.

Tabula Rasa recently received a hotfix which, among other things, gave the Spy class a much-requested respec.

We are applying the following hotfix to the live servers:

* Added respec for Spy characters.
* After changing the game resolution to a specific resolution (ex: 1280x768 (Wide)), exiting the client, and restarting the cursor correctly becomes the TR game cursor.
* Clicking on the game screen with the cursor does not resize the client.
* Restarting the client after changing the game resolution does not reset the game resolution to 1158x864.
