Webzen to Purchase Gala-Net and gPotato

It looks like Webzen is looking to continue its expansion in 2013 early by scooping up Gala-Net and its gPotato gaming portal. According to Reuters, the transaction is scheduled to take place on February 15th, 2013. At that point, Webzen will acquire 100% of the company’s shares.
