All of your skill points will be reset when you log in, but your attribute points will remain as they were pre-patch. Originally, the attribute changes Paul talked about in this post were intended to be in the 1.3 build, however, due to some issues found during testing, they have been moved to the 1.4 build and thus, the attribute respec was moved to 1.4 as well. We apologize for the delay on the attribute reset.
