"A woman called Valeria saved a member of the resistance by killing the executioner. She gave me the trinket Mithrelle sent me to find, even though she was worried Mithrelle would use it to harm the resistance. I also found the Eyeball and the Lotus flower. Now I must return to Mithrelle, become her apprentice, and question her without raising her suspicions."

Talk to Mitrelle

Mitrelle will share her plans with you once you return the items she needs.

Once you have all three of the items return to Mithrelle's Keep and give them to her. Use the robe she gave you to reach her without having to fight her minions again. She will be pleased with your progress and share with you the details of her plan. Listen to her plot so you can inform Cramaleico later.
