"I visited Renton's house, only to find that Strom's men had beaten me there. A group of killers led by a mysterious man named Quesado were there to kill Renton for spilling Strom's secrets. I must take this news back to Cramaleico."

Talk to Cramaleico

After you deal with Renton, inform Cramaleico of what has transpired.

After dispatching the guards you will find Renton cowering in a dark corner. You will be given the option of either telling him to go into hiding or carry out your mistresses orders of killing him until he dies. The fun part about this is the choice is yours. After you complete this task you will need to report back to Cramaleico at the Thirsty Dog Inn and inform him of what has transpired.
