"Mithrelle is planning for me to sneak into the library of Strom's Keep and steal the Phoenix Medallion, but Strom has ordered additional guards to protect it. Some of them can be found in the Rum 'n Rumble tavern drinking tonight and I need to go there and get rid of them. I also need to let the resistance know of Mithrelle's plan."

style="font-style: italic;">Strom's guards can be found in the Rum 'n Rumble Inn.
Mitrelle is planning to have you sneak into Stroms keep and steal the medallion but she has become suspicious of you vanishing just before disaster strikes her. She insists that you perform a task for her before she allows you to steal the medallion. You will need to make for the Rum and Rumble Inn and neutralize some of Stroms guards as they drink the night away. The Rum n Rumble can be found at coordinates 1062, 771 in Tortage. It is a beached ship turned into a bar so its kind of hard to miss.
You have two options on how to deal with Stroms guards. The first is simply kill them but for a more comedic effect you can tell them what a great job they are doing and offer to buy them drinks. Foolishly they accept and you can go get a drink for them from the barmaid. Their mentality diminishes with each drink and after a couple they will be unconscious on the floor.
