Loading... and Ten Ton Hammer are giving away free stuff, can't beat that.
We have two new giveaways to start your weekend right, well, a day early. First, over $20,000 in prizes (possibly) and an in-game item (for sure) await you in our Tales Runner Dress for Success Prize Giveaway. No registration required, just your email address to send you the special in-game code to receive your custom Ten Ton Hammer in-game shirt. Once you've inputted your code, you're eligible for prize packs which include Auzen audio cards, Turtle Beach headphones, Hiper power supples, Cyber Snipa keyboards, and much more. Instructions and more info on this page.
Second, we have one remaining Blizzard Polar Bear mount / beta key. We had a handful of these to give away to North Americans in a contest that generated over 20,000 responses, making it our biggest giveaway response ever.
But since the US and Canada types already got more than their share, this WoW Polar Bear mount giveaway is just for European and Oceanic Loading... subscribers.I'm asking for it, but if you fit this description, email me with 'Blizz Key Giveaway' in the subject line (it must have that subject line, verbatim, or your message will be deleted) and some fancy compliments in the email body (optional, but it can't hurt your chances) and I'll pick a winner at random at noon GMT tomorrow... if this brainwave of mine doesn't break my inbox first, that is.
In the news today, Blizzard posted Q4 revenues in the billions (imagine that), Vivox voice technology will be used in Unreal Engine 3 (Global Agenda, Copernicus, Huxley, and other UE3 MMO fans: rejoice!), and SOE is moving their Customer Service department from India (first DCUO's massive presence at NYCC, now another fan-friendly decision- what's gotten into SOE lately?) .
On the Ten Ton Hammer front, we continue to post our NYCC panel videos in order of appearance. Today we have Cartoon Network's FusionFall panel with three top CN devs. FusionFall has signups in the millions and despite the obvious success, Exec. Producer Chris Waldron has some war stories to tell from launch week. That, hints at new nanos and some early expansion plans and much more in the full-length FusionFall session video. Two down, four to go.
