LotRO Developer Diary Offers Summary of Dungeons and Changes to The Great Barrow

The Lord of the Rings Online officially goes free-to-play on September 10th, 2010 and scaling instances will be one of the key features in the coming update that will accompany the switch. This week Joe “jwbarry” returns with his final developer diary that details the instance changes slated for the update. In his latest diary, Joe covers The Great Barrow Cluster and a list of the updated instances set for release with still nameless Volume 3: Book 2 update.

Hey everybody. This is Joe “jwbarry” and in this, the final entry in our series of Dev Diaries about Scaling Instances, we’ll give details about the upgrades and changes to the Great Barrow, a quick summary, and then a list of everything you can find in the new Instance Join feature.
