Alliance Leveling Guide 60-70

"The Fastest Path to 70!"

This is a continuation of our Alliance level 60-70 guide. From here we continue to take you step by step in the fastest way possible to level seventy. If this is your first character or your fourth this guide will help you speed through the levels by telling you the most efficient way to go about gaining XP and doing quests.

The last place this guide left you should have been Nagrand just after hitting level sixty five. If you're not level sixty five yet I suggest doing some of the previous quests you may have skipped or just grinding out the rest of the level. This stretch will take you halfw ay through level sixty five and most of the quests in the town of Telaar. This stretch focuses a lot on Telaar so you may want to bind there for easy travel back.

Nagrand

Levels 65 to 65.5

First thing first is to head to 51,70 which is the town of Telaar. Here you should get the quests “Wanted: Giseld the Crone”, “The Ravaged Caravan”, “Fierce Enemies”, “A Message to Telaar”, “The Throne of the Elements”, “Do My Eyes Deceive me”, “Stopping the Spread”, “Solving the Problem”, and “Wanted: Zorbo the Advisor”.

Head to 61,67 and you’ll pick up “I Must Have Them!” which is necessary to have while questing due to the rarity of the air elementals. Now then, nearby at 64,70 where you’ll find Tortured Earth Spirits for “The Tortured Earth” along with Boulderfist Hunters for “Do My Eyes Deceive Me”. The hunters aren’t where the earth spirits are, but they’re close enough you should be able to easily find them.

At 71,82 (and the surrounding area) you’ll find the “Kil’sorrow Agents” needed for “Wanted: Giselda the Crone”. Giselda is inside one of Kil’sorrow Fortress.Return to Telaar and turn in the two quests you should have complete and take “Not On my Watch!”

Then head to 50,57 where you’ll find the Ravenous Windrocs for “Windroc Mastery”. You’ll need thirty of them. Northwest is Aeris Landing which is at 30,57. Turn in “Gava’xi” then continue north to 32,45 where you’ll find Murkblood Scavengers and Raiders. 20 Scavengers and 10 Raiders are needed to complete the quest. Next go to Warmaul Hill which is at 25,28ish and pick up the Telaar Supply Crates for “The Ravaged Caravan”.

Next head to 45,22 where you’ll find a ton of Orges. These guys drop warbeads for “Fierce Enemies” along with Warmaul Shamans and Reavers for “Wanted: Zorbo the Advisor”. Zorbo himself is located at 46,19 and may be a challenging fight. If you’re level 65 like you should be it’ll be no problem.

Return to the Throne of Elements (where Morgh is at) and turn in your quests which will lead to “Agitated Spirits of Skysong” and “Eating Damnation” (the later coming from the big elemental). Return to Nesingwary’s Camp but on the way you may want to kill Enraged Crushers for their cores for “Eating Damnation”. No better time to do it then now.

Return to Nesingwary’s camp and turn in Windroc/Celfthoof/Talbuk Mastery. If you’ve yet to do these quests then go ahead and complete them now. Technically you should be half way through sixty five now. The follow-up quests are very difficult. If you want a little bit of exp and have some friends go ahead and do them. If not, I’d advise not worrying about it. If you can’t easily get a group to do all three of them (very hard considering some will have one or more of them done and will not want to go through and redo them) then there is no point in wasting your time.

You should now be about half way through sixty five. If you’re not, you should grind out the rest of it until you are half way. That way you’ll hit sixty six sooner and get a jump on some of the upcoming quests.
