We are just a month short of the grand-release of New World by Amazon Games. The highly anticipated MMORPG has been in development since 2016 by the then called Amazon Game Studio. 3 days ago, Amazon kickstarted the closed beta testing for the game, which is available for every player that pre-purchased the game. Websites like Gold4Vanilla immediately allowed New World Gold (also known as New World Coin) to be purchased even for the closed beta.

The closed beta has well over 100 servers available, split between several regions. This shows exponential growth and interest, considering the previous early beta and alpha testing had less than 30 servers all together.

Considering the closed beta New World servers are full of players, this will perhaps make the game even more popular than the release of WoW Classic. The release date is set at 31st August 2021.

Unlike World of Warcraft, players entertain more freedom when building up their characters. There are no predefined classes and players can join the 3 factions known as Marauders, The Covenant, The Syndicate, at later point of the game. The game currency known as “Coin” will be the main engine of the game’s economy, allowing players to buy and upgrade their gear or skill up one of the many available professions. The New World coin farming process is just like any other MMORPG and the currency can be purchased in the very same way as when buying WoW Classic gold.

By having so many servers even at a month before it’s release, New World is on a good way to perhaps even replace WoW TBC as the prime MMO game of the year. The fictional world is set at ‘Aeternum’ perhaps symbolizing the Atlantis Myth in the Atlantic Ocean.
