Eregion is a very large area, and it can be hard to find all the places
you need to visit to complete all the quests here. There are a
lot of virtues you can increase here, including determination and
discipline. Probably the hardest of the various deeds you can
find in Eregion is the Uruk Captains deed, because of Logon.
Logon must be defeated by finding the troll cave found near Gwingris
and defeating Logon while surviving the signature Troll Leader and
other wood trolls in the cave. This requires a full
fellowship.

In addition to that particular Uruk Captain, you also must defeat other
Uruk Captains who are found by completing quests found in Gwingris,
Echad Eregion and Echad Dunann.
Another difficult deed is found in the school at Mirobel. Tham
Mirdain (as the school is called) is a difficult quest requiring you
bring a full fellowship and a willingness to do some hard
fighting. Still, in the end, for the completists such as myself
out there, this is very worth it.
