CCP will be hosting the Alliance Tournament IX this June for EVE Online players and the call has already gone out for experts to help host the live broadcast of the action. CCP Mindstar recently posted a new blog containing all the juicy details about the upcoming tournament.

Signups for the event will begin on May 2nd and will remain open until May 15th, 2011. The signup fee is 2 billion ISK with a maximum number of 64 alliance participants. For a full list of event details, rules and tournament times, check out the latest EVE Online dev blog.
