EVE Online Fanfest 2011 concluded over the weekend and among some of the festivities was the announcement of the newly elected sixth Council of Stellar Management (CSM). Among the winners is the author of our feature Sins of a Solar Spymaster series, The Mittani, who will serve as Chairman of the newly elected council. So we would like to offer our congratulations to the winners and delegates. They certainly have their work cut out for them.
